General Terms and Conditions of Use for Camper Park Almanzora
- Restricted Access:
Access to Camper Park Almanzora is permitted exclusively to duly registered customers and persons authorized by management. - Vehicle Types Permitted:
Only motorhomes, campervans, and vehicles registered as mobile homes are permitted access and parking. - Pitches:
Each vehicle must respect the boundaries of its assigned pitch. Encroaching on adjacent spaces is prohibited. - Maximum Speed:
The maximum speed allowed within the park is 7 km/h. Please drive with extreme caution. - Electricity Supply:
Connecting to the electrical grid without express authorization from staff is prohibited. Unauthorized use will be charged double the established rate. - Service Areas:
The waste disposal and refilling area must be kept clear when not in use. Parking or blocking access is prohibited. - Campsite Cleaning:
Campsites must be left clean and in the same condition as found at the end of your stay. - Pets:
Pets are welcome provided they are under control at all times. They must not be left unattended on the campsite or in the vehicle. - Generators:
The use of electric generators is strictly prohibited due to noise and pollution. - Liability Disclaimer: Camper Park Almanzora is not responsible for accidents, theft, damage to vehicles or belongings, or for unforeseen events such as fires, floods, or other natural phenomena.
- Environmental Protection:
Tying items to trees or damaging vegetation is prohibited. - Responsible Water Use: Playing with water or wasting it unnecessarily is prohibited.
- Use of Fire: Barbecues and open flames are only permitted in designated areas. Their use is strictly prohibited outside of these areas.
- Quiet Hours: June 1 to September 30: 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
- October 1 to May 31: 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, please maintain silence and avoid any noise that may disturb other users.
- Right of Admission: Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to refuse entry to the premises.
